Bio

Frankie VacaFrancisco (Frankie) Vaca is an Early Learning Instructional Coach in Ft. Worth ISD with 15 years of experience in Early Childhood and Bilingual Education. Inspired towards building a stronger community, his goal is to instruct younger generations and their educators in best practices of academic instruction maintaining an integral focus in child development. He has set on a mission to prepare children to be productive global citizens of the future.

Born and raised in the small town of Irapuato, state of Guanajuato, México. Frankie attended bilingual schools since Pre-K where he began his journey in becoming bilingual and bicultural while discovering a passion for learning. An immigrant himself, he came to the United States in search of higher education and better employment opportunities.

Married with 2 kids Frankie is an avid outdoorsman who finds inspiration in nature where he practices hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, diving with a focus in conservation of our natural resources. His affection for ecotourism and nature prompted him to pursue his Texas Master Naturalist certification. Frankie loves Texas and he is certified bilingual, ESL, CDL, CHL and almost any other certification that ends with an L!
