Dr. Quinn Leading Summer Meditation Sessions
Associate Professor Brandy Quinn will lead virtual meditation sessions each Wednesday throughout the summer, part of the TCU College of Education’s initiative to help students, alumni, faculty, staff and community members connected and focused on well-being.
During the live Zoom meditation sessions, Quinn will help you find a seated posture in which you can work towards stillness and quiet. The sessions may vary slightly, but you can always expect some moments of silence and breath work. Each session will be 15 minutes long, with some time for questions or discussion afterwards if participants choose. Meditation sessions are open to and suitable for individuals of all levels, ages, experiences, abilities and limitations. In addition to teaching in the College of Education, Quinn is also a 500-hour registered yoga teacher.
