Bio

Karrabi Malin is the Director of Student Teaching and Community Partnerships in the College of Education at Texas Christian University where her instructional focus and research interest are in the area of initial teacher preparation and certification, Bilingual/ESL education, technology integration and school leadership. She received a B.A. in Elementary Education with a minor in Spanish from Lyon College (Formerly: Arkansas College) and a M.Ed. in Bilingual/ESL Education  from the Texas Wesleyan University. She has taught in public PK-12 schools in Irving (John Haley Elementary), Arlington (Speer Elementary) and Grapevine (Timberline Elementary).  In addition, Mrs. Malin worked at The University of Texas at Arlington, College of Education, Field Experience and Teacher Preparation. Mrs. Malin enjoys working at TCU and supporting future educators that will change the world!

Karrabi and her husband, Dave, have 3 children: Octavia, Isabel and Noah.
